MD Medical Clinic is expanding to Port Coquitlam and has space for 2 more full-time physicians and can also accommodate part-time schedules. This clinic has 4 exam rooms and 2 office spaces. Overhead: 75/25 for the first $300K/year ,80/20 for above &300k/year, 85/15 for above $400k/year  and 90/10 for $500K/year and more . 85/15 for the first 2 months. 
Overhead includes everything such as MOA, EMR, Equipment. Physicians just have to pay for College registration and liability insurance( CMPA) 

Incentives for each physician: 1.
