Effective on December 9th, 2015 the application process in Newfoundland and Labrador at CPSNL is changing. Traditionally, candidates both Canadian and International medical graduates would submit a pre-application directly to the College in Newfoundland, but like Alberta, Saskatchewan, Quebec and  Nova Scotia , CPSNL will be added to PhysiciansApply.ca to initiate the liicensure process. Note: this does not apply for those pursueing post graduate education, nor residents who are completeing post graduate training on or before June 30, 2016,  but only for those physicians, whether Canadian or international who are applying for licensure to practice in Newfoundland and Labrador.
